Amanda reported directly to me, and she was one of those rare people who brought structure, care, and accountability into everything she did.

She’s very process oriented and always made sure her team had the clarity and support they needed to succeed. She often worked extended hours to accommodate U.S. time zones and meetings, showing her commitment to both the team and customers.

She took the lead on team trainings focused on new features and the customer hurdles the team was running into, giving her team the confidence to go back to customers with clear, practical solutions. Amanda stayed close to the metrics, spotted dips quickly, and came forward with ideas that protected the customer experience.

She’s dependable, proactive, and a true team player. Any organization would be lucky to have her.

Some managers help you get the job done. The really good ones change the way you approach the job. Amanda was that kind of manager for me.

I reported directly to Amanda, and from the beginning, I saw how naturally she brought structure to situations that could easily have felt overwhelming. She had a way of breaking things down, taking the team along with her, and making progress feel achievable, one step at a time.

What I appreciated most, though, was that she never made leadership feel like a distance between a manager and the team. She was someone I could ask questions, learn from, and be honest with. She gave us the space to think for ourselves, while always being there when we needed direction.

She was also one of the people I genuinely looked up to at work. I learned a lot from watching how she handled difficult situations, supported people, and pushed the team to keep improving without losing sight of the people behind the work.

I think one of Amanda’s biggest strengths is that she doesn’t just build processes, she builds people. She helped us develop as a team, gave us clarity when things were unclear, and encouraged us to grow beyond simply completing our day-to-day responsibilities.

I’m grateful that I had the opportunity to work with her and even more grateful for everything I learned along the way. Amanda is the kind of leader whose impact stays with you, even after you move on to your next chapter.

I would gladly work with her again and recommend her to any team lucky enough to have her.
